The wok is a cast iron wok with a diameter of 36 cm, fitting into the new line of products by Valhal Outdoor. Cast iron is a material that conducts and retains heat well, and is also suitable for any heat source. Because of its size, it fits perfectly on the large kamado BBQ models and the unique cooking properties of cast iron make it perfect for creating wok dishes. The Valhal Outdoor wok is already pre-treated with a natural oil, so you do not need to do this yourself before the first use. Nevertheless, we recommend you to heat the wok properly before using it for the first time. When you take good care of your wok, you have a pan for life. To ensure the durability of your pan, we recommend that you regularly treat it with wax.
