Description

This inverter/charger combination (ICC) is considered a universal power supply for touring vehicles. With shore power, the automatic charger starts automatically and, depending on the battery type and capacity (both adjustable), charges the on-board batteries and, if necessary, also the starter battery. If the shore power input is weakly secured, the devices can be limited. If high starting currents (e.g. air conditioning) are required, these are briefly supplied from the on-board battery. The integrated sine wave inverter with mains switchover performs this task. An integrated load detection puts the inverter into power-saving mode if it is not used for a longer period of time. A remote control for the interior is included. This starts the inverter and can be switched to automatic/continuous/night mode. It also shows whether shore power is available and the inverter’s current power output. A
