Multi-pole kill function switch-off device for Pro-Finderd - suitable for Ducato from 2024 onwards

Description

If you want to combine the Pro-finder with a switch-off device, you have another highly effective tool at your disposal: you can immobilise the vehicle, i.e. make it unable to move. How does this work? The Pro-finder has a switchable output that can be connected to the switch-off device. This relay is looped into the ignition circuit. If you now send the "kill" command to the Pro-finder, it waits until the vehicle has been stationary for at least five seconds, i.e. the GPS measurement does not detect any speed. The Pro-finder then switches the output to twelve volts. This operating current closes the relay. The engine switches off - your motorhome can no longer move under its own power. The police can recover it much more easily.
