Description

Prevents gas leakage in case of damage or loosening of the hose assembly and shuts off the gas passage as soon as the nominal flow rate is exceeded by 10%. Manual hose rupture protection SBS: no delay or leakage gas volume, but manual opening necessary. Note (1/2): Hose assemblies longer than 400 mm must be secured with a hose rupture protection SBS in accordance with the requirements of the DGUV regulation 79 (German Social Accident Insurance - previously BGV D 34). Note (2/2): Hose assemblies longer than 1500 mm must be secured with a hose rupture protection SBS in accordance with the DVGW worksheet G 612.
